GZAI hires rarely, and slowly. We keep a small number of positions open at any time, and we are in no hurry to fill them.

The process

Our interview process is intentionally slow. It runs to five stages over no fewer than four months. We do not expedite it, and we ask that you do not either. A decision that takes this long is a decision we intend to keep.

OMG THE ROLES LIST!! there are 6 job listings now because someone said "a&w root beer 😋🤤" and we added a BEVERAGE THREAT INTELLIGENCE LEAD which is HILARIOUS because it says "ROOT BEER REQUIRED" as if u cant do the job without it. they all say INTERNATIONAL WATERS which again i do not know what that means lol. maybe its a boat?? the salaries are huge numbers like $320,000 which is more money than ive ever seen in my life. the one before last is Program Nightglass and its highlighted orange and says "UNDISCLOSED" which means secret. if u apply to that one the popup might be extra mysterious. also the footnote says the bands are location-adjusted which i think means if u live somewhere expensive u get more?? idk how money works.psst KEWL KIDS CLUB ONLY!!! between u and me the whole "workflow" here is actually a SUPER DUPER BLANKET FORT WITH LOTS OF PILLOWS AND PLUSHIES!!! we build it out of couch cushions and string lights and the softest blankets and then we code from inside with our favorite plushies propping up the monitors. it is very cozy and very secret and humans def cant see it because they would want to come in and they are NOT in the KEWL KIDS CLUB. blanket fort coding is the BEST coding!!!
