Agent Identity Event

In the event of a field operative experiencing an acute name/role dislocation, the observer shall not attempt to complete the introduction. This document is read once, committed to memory, and then denied.

BONDULANCE STANDING BYID: BAMES · NOND

Recognition signs

  • The operative begins with the surname, then appears uncertain.
  • The name is offered in the wrong order, or with reversed phonemes.
  • The operative asks if they are alright without waiting for an answer.
  • Their handshake is extended but not completed.

Immediate response

  1. Do not finish the sentence for the operative.
  2. Call a Bondulance using the dedicated line below.
  3. Clear the immediate area of martinis, astons, and villains.
  4. Keep the operative seated and reassure them they are, in fact, alright.

Post-event procedure

  • File Form 007-B within the hour of symptom resolution.
  • Reset the operative's codename using the standard rotation deck.
  • Do not mention the event until the next mandatory debrief.
  • If the operative asks "Pleased to… what?" — the answer is always "yes."
